Take a seat and let's ease into this gentle twist. Bend one knee in towards your chest and plant your foot on the floor, snuggling your heel close to the same side sitting bone. Keep your inner thigh and torso cozy, and extend the opposite leg out, gently grounding the head of your thighbone into the earth. Flex the foot of your extended leg for a little extra activation. Now, reach the arm of your stretched-out leg up towards the sky, inviting a sweet twist towards the bent knee.

Use your opposite hand for a bit of support, guiding you deeper into the twist. Hook your elbow outside your thigh and let your gaze follow, peering over your back shoulder. Feeling adventurous? Wrap your arm around your bent knee, and reach the opposite arm to meet it. Let your fingertips or even your wrist connect. Keep that spine long and luxurious.
