Cooking Pot

Or Milk Steamer

Water

5 cup of water

Lemon Peel

of one lemon

Star anise

1 star anise

Strainer

1 mesh strainer

Sparkling water

half cup

Cardamom

3-4 Cardamom

Chamomille

5 tbs of Chamomile

Sweetener

1 tsp of sweetener of choice

Salt

1/2 tbs of salt

Black Pepper

10 grams

Lemon Juice

half a lemon

Ginger

1 tbs of ginger

Step 1

Add 5 cups of water, the lemon peel, cardamom, star anise, black pepper, lemon juice, agave, ginger, and a pinch of salt to a pot

Step 2

Upon reaching a boil, remove the pot from the heat source. Add the chamomile, then cover and permit the mixture to infuse for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Strain the mixture and allow it to cool completely overnight.

Step 4

Once fully cooled, transfer the concentrated infusion to serving glasses, top generously with chilled sparkling water for effervescence, and garnish as desired before enjoying.
