Mint Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding

Mint Tea Mix

1 tsp Mint Mix Restore

Maple Syrup

1 tbsp maple syrup

Peppermint

⅛ tsp peppermint extract

Vanilla

⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Chia seeds

¼ cup chia seeds

Milk

1 cup milk of choice

Cacao nibs

2-4 tablespoon cacao nibs

Recipe

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and peppermint extract.

Step 2

Stir in the chia seeds, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 3

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. The
chia seeds will expand and create a pudding-like consistency.

Step 4

After the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps.
Mix in the mini chocolate chips. Garnish with yoghurt or fresh fruit if
desired.
